Parent/Staff Book Share

I would like to say a big "thank you" to the parents and staff that have donated books. We have a good stock now ready and waiting to be shared. We are still awaiting delivery of the shelving unit for the Library, but I will keep you up to date with progress and hopefully we can be sharing books very soon.

Donation to Sierra Leonean street children

In the Easter holidays Mr F visited his son in Freetown Sierra Leone where he is working. Here is a photo of  our visit to Future for Children, an organisation that helps get children off the streets into school, so they can have a future. Our school raised £250 to give to Future for Children which will be used to provide for the annual health and medical care needs of over 400 vulnerable children.

"Many thanks for the donation of £250 made by your parents and children towards our
work, kindly extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to them as we
can not reach them directly.

As partners in development,we always appreciate your gesture in
supporting our activities.

Once more I thank you on the behalf of the organization."

Peter Kargbo, Director of Future for Children Sierra Leone.
