clubs

Clubs have begun this week with gusto, we have a good variety this term for children to choose from. Please visit the school office if you wish to see if there are spaces in those clubs which are allocated numbers. If a space is not available then we have a waiting list system.

Just to clarify... Recorders - we now have five groups all learning at different levels! The beginner groups are run by myself and Mrs Staddon (a parent helper). Reception children and a group from Year 1 are in these groups and we are working hard on learning B,A,G and reading simple musical rhythms.
Once children progress past this point they then move up into our intermediate group which is taught by a DASP music teacher Lucy  Broddle (also teaches the upper recorder group and all ukulele lessons). This is subsidised by the school, we ask for £1 per week and can be paid into our school office in whichever intervals suit you?

If you do have any questions please feel free to come and see me or contact me via email through the school office.
