Congratulations to all of you that entered EXTREME READING - BIGGER AND BETTER!!!!!!!!!
Alfie B on top of a camper van, Avril buried in sand, Jensen in the boot of a car, Elian in a suitcase and Tia as a fairy in the palm of her sister's hand were the winners from each class - spectacular entries from everyone!!!!!!

Well done, Happy Holidays and I hope you enjoy a good read - I can't wait to put my feet up and get stuck into a book!!!!!!! :-)

Children from Year 2 and 3 Visit Hardy's Cottage

A group of children from Year 2 and Year 3 had a lovely day visiting Hardy's Cottage. They found out  a bit about the life of the famous author and used the woods and cottage to inspire some writing of their own.
We had a fantastic day and lots a poetic, descriptive writing was produced. Well done!

Dorchester Carnival 2015

We would like to say a big "thank you" to all the children, adults and staff who took part in this year's Carnival. We have been presented with a cheque for £100 for taking part and are pleased to share with you that we will be spending it on Outdoor Equipment.
